The Comfort from the Rigidity
The first big prism is made as the first floor to accommodate the social area. It is made of black metal structure that ends on an exposed concrete staple. Both front and back side of this building are made of glass, so the ambience of the nature can be brought inside and seems borderless.
Roomy Space in the House and the Surroundings
ALD House is closed from the outside. All of the front sides facing the road is used as the garage which can accommodates some cars. Before going to the house, there is a wide grassland with swimming pool in the left side. The black venetian glass tiles are used for the swimming pools; it will turn to a big water mirror that reflects the house.
ALD House employs sustainable design by using wood from certified forests and the recycled content materials low in VOC levels. The use of LED for almost all lighting enhance the friendliness of this house to the nature.
