An extravagant minimalist house, The Carrara House that designed by Andres Remy Arquitectos is located in Buenos Aires Argentina. Built in a tropical country, this house is designed to be exposed with natural environment from the yard in the back and right side. The green and blue background from the nature blends perfectly with the majestic white which dominantly appears in this house.
Reflection of Water
The Carrara House is like a house which is rising from water surface. From the entrance, what we can see is white walls with crated stone alongside the front wall heading to the entrance.
The Carrara House freshness brought up as the combination of marbles and dominant white is balanced by the green view from the grass and plants in the backyard.
What is Inside?
The Carrara House has three floors, with the higher floor used for gym area. The main room of this house is a large living room. From this area, there is a direct view to the swimming pool and wooden terrace used as sitting area. Half of this floor is used as the master bedroom with terrace and large glass pane to serve the green yard view. There are other three bedrooms, with bathrooms for each.
